Sentir Solutions® · The Sincere Strategy® · Why We Exist
AI is arriving faster than most businesses are ready for. The cost of living is rising faster than most families can absorb. We built Sentir Solutions to meet both of those realities — with care, with honesty, and without the conflicts of interest that compromise most of the alternatives. It's a narrow road. We think it's the one worth traveling.
Why We Exist
For Virginia Businesses
AI is coming. That's not a prediction — it's already here, and it's moving faster than most business owners have time to understand. The people who built $10M–$50M companies over twenty years of hard work deserve straight answers about what that means for their business, their people, and their valuation.
Not a sales pitch. Not a tool subscription. Not a consultant who replaces the team that got you here. Real answers. Real help. From someone who has seen what works at scale and cares enough to say when the honest answer is "not yet."
For American Households
People can't afford stuff. Groceries, household staples, pet food, personal care — everything costs more, and the tools that claim to help are mostly funded by the brands they're supposed to help you compare. Coupon apps. Loyalty programs. Cashback cards. All of them have a conflict of interest. None of them are fully on your side.
We built the Wholly platform to be the thing that is actually, completely, structurally on your side. Your data, your health constraints, your local stores, your real savings — net of gas. No exceptions.
"AI is coming. People can't afford stuff. We are here to help — honestly, carefully, and without compromise. That is the whole of it."
Sentir Solutions — Founding Statement, 2026
The Company
Sentir Solutions is the parent of two businesses — a consulting practice that serves established Virginia companies, and a consumer platform that serves households — and one thing we simply give away. The same founding principle runs through all three expressions: the person being served always comes first.
Sentir Consulting
We work with Virginia businesses — $5M to $50M — navigating the AI transition. We increase EBITDA, strengthen operations, and protect valuation. And we do it without replacing the people who built the business. Upskilling the trusted workforce is the sincere path. That is what we do.
No vendor relationships that shape our recommendations. No generic playbooks sold as custom insight. We tell clients what we actually see — including when the honest answer is "not yet."
The Wholly Platform
WhollyFare and the Wholly brands help households manage the cost of living — groceries, household staples, pet care, personal care — using real sale data from real local stores, filtered for each household's health constraints, with gas costs shown honestly.
Zero paid placements. No affiliate fees. No data sales. The subscription is the revenue model — which means our incentive is always to save you more than we cost.
WhollyCare® · The Third Expression · Free, Always
Two of our expressions earn. This one proves we mean it. WhollyCare turns the Sincere Strategy toward the healthcare system — helping families understand symptoms, advocate in a way the system has to respond to, vet their doctors, and challenge insurance denials. It is free, and it always will be. The surest way to prove a principle is to give it away.
The Founding Principle
Every principle below is also a business rule. Competitors built on ad revenue, affiliate fees, or data sales cannot adopt these rules without dismantling their own revenue model. The moat compounds with every household we serve.
Why It's Durable
The Sincere Strategy is not a positioning choice. It's a structural commitment that makes certain revenue streams permanently off-limits. That constraint is exactly what makes it a moat — and exactly why incumbents can't follow.
The same logic applies to consulting. When an advisor's recommendations are shaped by vendor relationships, software commissions, or a bias toward billable complexity, the client pays twice — once in fees, once in bad outcomes. Sentir Consulting is built without those dependencies. The moat is the same: sincerity is structural, and incumbents cannot adopt it without dismantling their own model.
"Affiliates, sponsored placements, and data sales are our competitors' business model. Ours is you paying us a fair subscription because we save you more than we cost. That's the asymmetry. It's structural and it's durable."
— Sentir Solutions founding thesis, May 2026
Most grocery and household savings tools — coupon apps, store loyalty programs, cashback services — are funded by the retailers and brands they claim to help you compare. Their incentive is to drive you toward higher-margin products and sponsored placements, not to find you the best deal.
To adopt the Sincere Strategy, a competitor would have to eliminate affiliate revenue, refuse all paid placements, and return user data to the household. That's not a product update — it's a business model replacement. Their investors won't allow it. Their growth metrics depend on it. The moat is real.
A household that saves $1,500 per year from WhollyFare's Full Table tier pays $348 per year for the subscription. The value case is undeniable. When savings exceed cost by 4x, retention is structural — not dependent on lock-in, habit loops, or dark patterns.
